Unless otherwise stated, all our parts are new and have a minimum 1-year warranty. We warranty our labor for up to 1 year for anything invoiced to you. We take full financial responsibility for replacing broken parts and paying our technicians to re-do the work needed

NO ABSURD SERVICE CHARGE
In a constantly changing industry where companies charge to show up at your front door, we do not charge unless we work on your garage door. Before working on your door, our technicians will provide you with a list of parts, labor charges, and any warranty we or the manufacturer offer. Note: This does not include our Emergency Repair Fee, which is charged for after-hour repairs or after our schedule is fully booked for the day.
